GP FOR SERVICES I The Court made the following: 2 THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY W.P.No.22718 of 2025 O R D E R: In the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner is aggrieved by the action on the part of the Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 in not taking any action on the Appeal/Representations, dated 04.08.2024, 04.12.2019, 05.04.2020, 17.11.2020, 08.07.2021, 22.04.2022, and 12.06.2023, against the Order dated 20.11.2019 of the Regional Director of Health and Medical Services Zone-II, Rajamahendravaram, for the notional promotion to the year 2012-2013 as per the rules. 2. The Petitioner was initially appointed in the Medical and Health Department on 21.09.1991, and thereafter, he was promoted to Multipurpose Health Supervisor on 25.05.2005, and thereafter, he was promoted as Multipurpose Health Extension Officer on 25.04.2009. On 28.12.2017, he was further promoted as Assistant Malaria Officer. The Petitioner had given a representation to Respondent No. 4 seeking a notional promotion in the cadre of Assistant Medical Officer from 2012-2013 as there was a delay in giving the promotion to 3 the Petitioner.The said application was rejected by the Respondent No. 4 on 20.11.2019, and an appeal/representation was said to have been given to the Respondent No.3. As the same was not being considered, the Petitioner filed the present Writ Petition. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the representations of the Petitioner would be considered and disposed of in terms of the applicable rules as expeditiously as possible. 4. Considering the submissions made, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No.3 to examine the appeal/representation of the Petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. There shall be no order as to costs.
