specific allegations against the unofficial respondents herein as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure and to consequently direct the 3rd respondent herein to conduct proper further investigation in the above crime against the 4th Respondent herein and to conclude the same within a specific period and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 3rd respondent herein to conduct proper further investigation in the above crime i.e., FIR No.209 of 2025 of Tenali III Town Police Station, Tenali, Guntur District, against the 4 Respondent herein and to conclude the same within a specific period, during the pendency of the writ petition and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the respondents particularly the 3rd respondent herein in respect of conducting proper investigation in connection with FIR No.209 of 2025 of Tenali III Town Police Station, Tenali, Guntur District in spite of specific complaint making specific allegations against the unofficial respondents herein as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure and to consequently direct the 3rd respondent herein to conduct proper further investigation in the above crime against the 4th Respondent herein and to conclude the same within a specific period and to pass…”
2. Heard Sri K. Jyothi Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that investigation is pending in this matter.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the husband of the petitioner died in an accident and the police are not conducting investigation in a fair manner to elicit the truth in this matter.
5. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to conduct investigation in a fair manner by looking into the points raised by the petitioner in the present petition and conclude the

investigation by filing a report as expeditiously as possible by tracing the persons responsible for the death of the petitioner’s husband. No order as to costs.
