respondent exempting the petitioner from application of the provisions of Sec. 15 and 29 of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987. It is stated that the cause in the writ petition does not survive.
3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
