This petition has been filed for grant of following relief: - “i). That the respondents may be ordered to take into account the entire service rendered by the petitioner 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? - 2 - from the date of her initial appointment as JBT Teacher for the purpose of qualifying service and the said period of service as JBT teacher up to the date of regularization be ordered to be taken into account for the purpose of enhanced pension and other retiral benefits and the benefits incidental thereof may also be ordered to be paid to the petitioner from the due date.” ” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that case of the petitioner and reliefs prayed for, have been adjudicated upon in Lalit Sen Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would be content if the case of the petitioner is considered by the respondents in light of the aforesaid judgment. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to this prayer. 4. Having regard to above submissions, but without examining the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in light of the aforesaid judgment and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The decision so arrived at, shall be communicated to the 2 CWP No. 10783 of 2024, decided on 07.10.2025 - 3 - petitioner. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also to stand disposed of.
