The first bail application on behalf of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 6.4.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.45940 of 2021. 3. The status of trial was called for by this Court from the trial court vide order dated 20.1.2025. Office through its report dated 17.2.2025 has placed the report dated 14.2.2025 of the trial court concerned, perusal of the same goes to show that part of the final argument has concluded and the matter was fixed for 18.2.2025 for remaining arguments. The trial court further stated that it is expected that the judgement shall be pronounced by 7.3.2025. 4. Since there is no representation from the side of the applicant, the present bail application is dismissed for want of prosecution. 5. Pending application (s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
