It is submitted that the petitioner submitted an application on 14.08.2025. It is also submitted that the respondent authorities have so far not granted any permission for construction of the compound wall. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2"'^ respondent submits 3. that the petitioner would have to submit an online application for grant of permission, duly submitting the proposed plans along with other necessary documents, and also pay the requisite fee; and in the event of submission of the online application by the petitioner as per the procedure, the same shall be considered and an appropriate decision would be taken by the 2"'^ respondent. Recording the same, it is left open for the petitioner to submit an online 4. application as required and pay the requisite fee as applicable, along with the necessary documents, for the 2"^ respondent to consider her application for grant of permission for the compound wall, in accordance with law.
