The petitioner, a Village Accountant is before this Court against the order dated 23.06.2025 in Application No.2739/2025 passed by the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal at Bengaluru, wherein the petitioner’s request to Stay the transfer of petitioner and

posting of respondent No.4 under impugned order dated 16.06.2025 (Annexure-A2), was not considered at the first hearing.
2. Heard
learned counsel Sri.Satish.K., for petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate Sri.V.Shiva Reddy for respondent Nos.1 to 3. Perused the entire writ petition papers.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner, a Village Accountant was posted to Bugudanahalli Circle, Bellavi Hobli, Tumkur Taluk on 12.07.2024 and he took charge on 15.07.2024. The petitioner who belongs to Group-C category has tenure of four years at the place of posting. But, before the petitioner completing one year, prematurely transferred from Bugudanahalli Circle to the Karikere Circle, Kasaba Hobli, Tiptur Taluk under impugned
order dated
16.06.2025. Learned counsel would submit that when the petitioner is transferred prematurely without assigning any

reason, the Tribunal ought to have stayed the impugned
order of transfer pending consideration of his main prayer.
Learned counsel would submit that the Tribunal fell in to error in not considering his interim prayer and directing the respondents to get instructions as to why the petitioner has been prematurely transferred. Thus, he submits that since the petitioner’s transfer is premature, prayed for grant of interim order as prayed before the Tribunal by allowing the writ petition.
4. Per contra, learned Additional Government Advocate supports the order passed by the Tribunal and submits that to examine as to whether the transfer of the petitioner is premature, the Tribunal has directed the Government to obtain instructions. Thus, he prays for dismissal of the writ petition.
5. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the entire writ petition papers, it is seen that the application before the Tribunal is

posted for consideration of interim prayer on 07.07.2025. Therefore, it may not be appropriate for this Court at this stage to go into the contentions raised by the petitioner as well as respondents. As the application is posted to 07.07.2025 for consideration of interim prayer of the petitioner, we decline to entertain the writ petition, accordingly writ petition stands disposed of.
