Learned counsel for appellant submits that she has already filed an application before the learned trial court for getting forensic examination of the alleged mortgage deeds. That being so, learned counsel, after addressing partly, seeks permission to withdraw this appeal with liberty to move appropriate application before the trial court depending upon the outcome of his pending application for forensic examination of the alleged mortgage deeds. 2.
