During the course of argument it is pointed out that the revisionist, who is complainant in this case, is aggrieved vide order dated 01.02.2024 passed by the Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Firozabad as well as the order dated 15.01.2025 passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge /Additional Special Judge, POCSO Court No. 1, Firozabad, but he has not challenged the aforesaid order dated 01.02.2024. 2. On account of aforesaid reason, the revisionist does not want to press this criminal revision, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw this criminal revision with liberty to file fresh criminal revision with better particulars and prayer. 3. Learned Additional Government Advocate representing the State has no objection to the such prayer made on behalf of the revisionist. 4. In view of the above, the instant criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty as prayed for. 5. Office is directed to return the certified copy of the documents to the counsel for the revisionist within two days after retaining photocopies thereof on record.
