Case No. 204 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 303(2), 317 (2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Rule 13 of Jharkhand Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2017 and Rule 54 of Jharkhand Mines and Minerals Rule, 2004, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma. 3. Petitioner is said to be the driver of the Hywa bearing registration no. JH 12M 7739 which was seized by Jainagar Police on 28.10.2024. On search, 800 cft. of boulders were found loaded on the said vehicle. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner was transporting the seized boulders on the instruction of the owner of the vehicle. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about two months and charge sheet has been submitted in this case. 5. In view of the submission made above, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma in connection with Jainagar P.S.
