ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 against the respondents 6 to 10 despite of their evil acts and Imminent threat to the life and personal liberty of the petitioner and complaint dated 28-10- 2024, 09-06-2025 and 29-07-2025 submitted by the petitioner as highly illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of Rule of Law and violative Article 14, 19 and 300-A and spirit of Right to Protection of Life and Personal Liberty guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequentially direct the respondents 2 to 4 herein to grant protection to life and personal liberty of the petitioner by considering the representations dated 28-10-2024, 09-06-2025 and 29-07-2025of the petitioner pending disposal of the above writ petition and pass.…”
2. Heard Ms. Kopparthi Sumathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner herein is a senior citizen, aged about 73 years. The unofficial respondents herein are interfering in the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner’s property.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that no crime has been registered against the unofficial respondents, since, it is a matter of civil in nature.

5. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before the appropriate forum according to law and the police are directed to look into the representation and attend the cause according to Governing Rules and Law.
