Ahmed, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge sheet has been laid in the instant case and co-accused were enlarged on interim pre arrest bail before that. He further submits that the petitioners in the present application are in connection with the same FIR in which the other accused persons in AB Case No.2973 were arrayed as accused persons. Mr. R.J. Baruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State accedes to the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the charge sheet has been laid vide charge sheet no. 05/2026 dated 28.01.2026. As such a prayer is made on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner be allowed to move a proper application before the concerned Court. Prayer is allowed. It is as such directed since the other accused persons in AB No. 2973 have been allowed 15 days time to approach the concerned court with proper application, the instant petitioners are also allowed 15 days time to approach the concerned Court and till that the petitioners are allowed interim pre arrest bail Petition is closed and disposed of.
