No. 4879 of 2024 The present interlocutory application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 5 of the Limitation Act seeking condonation of delay in filing the present C.M.P. 2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and for the reasons stated in the present interlocutory application, particularly paragraph nos. 8, 9, 10 and 11 of the same, the delay caused in filing of the C.M.P. is hereby condoned. 3. I.A. No. 4879 of 2024 stands disposed of. C.M.P. No. 914 of 2022 4. The present C.M.P. has been filed for restoration of Cont. Case (Civil) No. 669 of 2018 which stood dismissed for non-compliance of peremptory order dated 20.12.2019. 5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and for the reasons stated in the present C.M.P., Cont. Case (Civil) No. 669 of 2018 is restored to its original file and stage, subject to 2 C.M.P. No. 914 of 2022 payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- by the petitioner in favour of Advocate’s Clerks Association Welfare Fund, Jharkhand High Court, Ranchi within two weeks. 6.
