The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 67/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 111(2)(ii), 317(2), 317(4), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, and Sections 66(B)(C)(D) of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara. 3. On 22.10.2024, Cyber police Jamtara, on the basis of confidential information that some cyber criminals have assembled went to the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused persons. On search, mobile phones were recovered from their possession. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the prosecution has not produced any witness to show that the petitioner had cheated anyone. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S.
