(Oral) While placing on record copy of office order dated 18.11.2025, issued under the signatures of Managing Director, HRTC, Shimla, Mr. V.S. Kanwar, learned counsel representing respondents, states that decision has already been taken to pay enhanced DR/IR from due date in terms of mandate contained in the judgment, sought to be executed. He further states that arrears, if any, on account of enhanced DR/IR shall be positively released within a period of seven days. 2. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly the same is disposed of, with the direction to respondents to ensure release of arrears on account of enhanced DR/IR within a period of seven days, failing which, petitioner would be at liberty to get the present petition revived so that 2 appropriate action in accordance with law is taken towards the implementation of the order/judgment.
