3. about 10.00 hours, the Sub-Inspector of Police, Koyyuru Police Station, along with his staff and mediators, while conducting vehicle checking at the outskirts of Cheedipalem village of Koyyuru Mandal, found one Pulsar motor cycle and two cars coming from Budaralla village side. On seeing the police, when they tried to escape, the police chased them and caught two car drivers, while others were escaped.
Police seized 851 KGs of Ganja from the two cars under cover of a mediators report and a case has been registered against the accused. Heard. Perused the record. 4. The quantity of contraband allegedly seized from the
5. possession of the accused is 851 Kgs of Ganja, which is a huge Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor commercial quantity. 3 submits that the case is still under investigation and some more witnesses are to be examined. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner herein. 6. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
