Learned advocate appearing for opposite party no. 1 submits that the cheque has duly been encashed. Since the order of the ombudsman dated April 24, 2021, has been complied with, there is no justification to keep this writ petition pending. Accordingly, WPA 15425 of 2021 is disposed of.
