1. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following reliefs: SMT NIRMALA RAO

“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to forthwith produce the entire records of the case, for the perusal before this Hon'ble Court. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the final result dated 22.07.2019 for Vehicle driver and Peon Exam 2018. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to again publish correct model key answer and thereafter evaluate and allot marks to the answer opted by the petitioner. 10.4 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other ancillary relief, as it may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
2. It appears that an advertisement was published by the respondent authorities on 17.1.2018 for the posts of Driver and Peon. The examination was held in the year 2019, and the result was declared on 22.7.2019. The petitioners have sought relief to quash the final result dated 22.7.2019 for the posts of vehicle Drivers and Peons.
3. It appears that after the declaration of result, the selected candidates were appointed. However, those appointees have not been impleaded as respondents in the present petition. Therefore, in opinion of this Court, this petition is not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed. Sd/-
