Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the respondent nos.3 and 4 and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that letter for proposal of punishment was sent to respondent no.2-District Inspector of Schools, Shahjahanpur, for approval which is pending consideration. 3. Learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.3 and 4 submits that the respondent no.2 has now fixed 16.04.2025 as the date for considering the punishment proposal. 4. In view of the aforesaid, let the respondent no.2-District Inspector of Schools, Shahjahanpur, shall consider and pass appropriate order on the proposal of punishment within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. It is further provided that if petitioner has any claim with regard to payment of salary during the suspended period, he would be at liberty to raise his grievance before the respondent no.2 and same shall also be considered by the respondent no.2.
