The applicant has filed the present application for modification of the order dated 08.04.2024 (Annexure A-1) passed by this Court in WP(S) No. 4129 of 2023. 2. A writ appeal has been preferred by the applicant against the order dated 08.04.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP(S) MANISH YADAV Digitally signed by MANISH YADAV Date: 2025.01.20 18:49:37 +0530 2 No. 4129 of 2023 which has been disposed of granting a week’s time to the petitioner to vacate the quarter and to comply with the order dated 08.04.2024 passed by this Court in WP(S) No. 4129 of 2023. The operative part of the order dated 08.05.2024 passed in WA No. 285 of 2024 reads as under:- “10. In view of the same, the appellant/writ petitioner is directed to forthwith vacate the quarter in pursuance of the order passed by the learned Single Judge within a week from today and thereafter, within the time period given by this Court, the respondents shall release the gratuity as directed by the learned Single Judge.” 3. In light of the order dated 08.05.2024 passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench in WA No. 285 of 2024, the present MCC is not tenable and accordingly it is dismissed.
