Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 359 of 2024 arising out of Chainpur P.S. Case No. 71 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 25(1-B) (a) and 26 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Palamau at Daltonganj. 3. On 01.04.2024, on the pointing out of the petitioner, two country made pistols and one 9 mm pistol were recovered. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for more than eight months. 5. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. Considering the period of custody, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with S.T.
