(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 4.12.2025, enclosing therewith copy of order dated 29.10.2025, issued under the signature of Director of School Education, Kangra at Dharamshala, Mr. Rajan kahol, learned Additional Advocate General states that respondents have considered the case of the petitioner in light of CWP No. 4830 of 2023, titled as “Inder Singh Thakur and Ors. v. State of Himachal Pradesh and Anr (alongwith connected matter), decided on 7.4.2025. 2. Having carefully perused aforesaid document, which is taken on record, this court finds that though respondent, in terms of mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated, has considered 2 case of the petitioner in terms of Inder Singh (supra and rejected the same. Since there was only direction to consider case of the petitioner, no action of the respondents can be said to be contumacious. 2. Consequently, in view of the above, present petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings before appropriate court of law, laying therein challenge to order passed in purported compliance of mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated.
