Sandhawalia , Chief Justice (Oral) Learned Counsel for the appellant submits that as per the additional affidavit dated 24.09.2025 filed on behalf of respondents No. 1 & 2, the present appeal has been rendered infructuous, as another official, namely, Sanjeev Kumar has been given 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 additional charge of Revenue District Nurpur Circle in the capacity of Assistant State Taxes and Excise Officer (ASTEO). Perusal of the said affidavit would go on to show that the appellant is posted at Multi-Purpose Barrier Kandwal, Revenue District Nurpur and is having Government accommodation. 2. The dispute as such pertains to the cancellation of the earlier order dated 13.09.2024 vide order dated 18.10.2024, whereby additional charge of MPB Kandwal, District Nurpur had been taken away and the Government accommodation had not been made available to him and the said officer had been posted at Nurpur. 3. Accordingly, the present appeal is rendered infructuous. Dismissed as such. 4. Needless to say that since the period of one year has been passed, it is open to the State to issue a transfer order, if so required, keeping in view the observations made by the learned Si-ngle Judge. 3 5.
