ORDER;- Shorn of all unnecessary facts asserted in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the specific case of the petitioners is that they are the absolute owners and possessors of the land. They have submitted an online application bearing N0.SBAOI2500591666 dated 14.07.2025 through Mee Seva, for conducting survey and sub-division of their land admeasuring Ac.5.95 cents in survey No.59-1B2 and Ac. 1.05 cents in survey No.59-1B2 vide patta Nos.819 and 411 in LPM No.517 situated at Rampuram Revenue Village, Kambadur Mandal, Anantapuramu District. However, the respondent-authoriti es went on postponing the survey. Despite the petitioners’ persistent requests, the inaction of the respondent authorities in processing the petitioners’ application has constrained them to approach this Court. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents has submitted that appropriate action will be taken on the online application submitted by the petitioners, in accordance with

3. Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, without going into the merits of case, the Writ Petition is disposed of
4 •H directing concerned authorities to consider the online application bearing No.SBA012500591666 dated 14.07.2025, submitted by the petitioners for conducting survey and sub-division of the petitioners’ land, by issuing notice to all concerned/interested persons, and to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any shall stand closed.
