By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities to sanction and pay the death cum retirement benefits like family pension, gratuity and other dues of petitioner husband tot he petitioner along with admissible interest forthwith." It appears from the records that in the above regard petitioner has already moved a representation dated 26.03.2022 and several reminders before the respondent no. 3 which is still pending. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to look into and consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order strictly in accordance with law. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction that respondent no. 3 shall consider the grievance of the petitioner raised in her representation dated 26.03.2022 and decide the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. It is further provided that in the event petitioner's claim is found to be genuine and rightful, the entire dues shall be paid to her within a further period of six weeks.
