The present application under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita has been filed to quash the order dated 03.02.2022 passed by the Sessions Judge, Ghaziabad by which revision has been admitted at initial stage, arising out of order dated 24.09.2021. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant fairly admits that issue with regard to delay caused in filing of the criminal revision is still pending. 4. After some argument, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ proceedings before the appropriate court. 5. In view of the above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
