P. -------- 02/ Dated 03.01.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 117 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. No.1483 of 2024, S.T. Case No.413 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Palamau. On 07.06.2024 at about 4:00 pm, the son of the informant Lucky Kumar left his house with his friends Pawan Kumar and Rohit Kumar and thereafter, he went missing. On 08.06.2024, his dead body was recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that his name was transpired in the confession of co-accused Rohit Kumar, who has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 9600/2024. Learned A.P.P on behalf of the State has opposed the prayer for bail but does not dispute the aforesaid fact. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Palamau, in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 117 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. No.1483 of 2024, S.T. Case No.413 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) BS/-
