By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside of the advertisement dated 14.7.2023 issued by the respondent no.2 ANNEXURE P/1 in respect of Colum 2(1) (A) of the eligibility criteria fixed in the advertisement. 10.2 That, allow the petitioner to participate in the department promotion examination on the post of Circle Organizer in pursuance of advertisement dated 14.7.2023 issued by the respondent no 2. 10.3 Any other relief or reliefs may also be granted to the petitioner which this Hon'ble court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 3 2.
