The second bail (interim) application has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS on behalf of the petitioner, who has been arrested in connection with FIR No.332/2023 registered at Police Station Shahpura (Jaipur Gramin), District Jaipur Gramin for the offences punishable under Sections 302 & 392 of IPC. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that mother of petitioner has expired on 01.01.2025 and he wants to attend the last rites and rituals of his mother. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that the factum of death of the petitioner’s mother has been verified from the concerned police station. The verification report is place on record. 4. I have considered the contentions. 5. Considering the fact that the petitioner's mother has passed [2025:RJ-JP:1231] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-414/2025] away on 01.01.2025, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner deserves indulgence of interim bail on humanitarian ground so as to enable him to attend last rites and rituals of his late mother. 6. This second bail (interim) application is accordingly allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioner Ravi S/o Shri Shrawan shall be released on interim bail till 23.01.2025 on his furnishing personal bond of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sound and solvent sureties of Rs.1,00,000/- each (out of which one must be local surety) to the satisfaction of learned trial court. The petitioner shall surrender before the concerned jail authority on 23.01.2025 by 5:00 PM. 7.
