The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sudamdih P.S. Case No. 45/2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1967/2024, for the offences registered under Section 379 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Ms. Santoshini Murmu, learned J.M., Dhanbad. 3. Bolero of the informant bearing registration no. JH09S-2984, parked outside a marriage hall, was stolen by unknown persons. 4. During the course of investigation, this petitioner was apprehended with the stolen Bolero. 5. It was submitted that the petitioner was apprehended in Aurangabad with the stolen vehicle, for which a case under Section 414 of the I.P.C. was instituted. It was further submitted that the petitioner has been granted bail in that case. It was finally submitted that apart from that case, he has got no criminal antecedent. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Santoshini Murmu, learned J.M., Dhanbad or her successor in connection with Sudamdih P.S.
