ORDER:
The instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short, “Cr.P.C.”) has been filed by the Petitioner/ Accused, seeking quashment of the proceedings pending against them in C.C.No. 196 of 2020 on the file of the Curt of IV Additional Junior Civil Judge, Chittoor.
2. Heard Sri P. Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. K. Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition may be
disposed of, without causing any prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner.
4. Considering the request made, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all the contentions before the Trial Court. Learned Trial Judge is requested to consider the same and take appropriate decision in the matter, according to law.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
