Prayer made in the writ petition to quash the FIR dated 28.9.2024, registered as Case Crime No.0166 of 2024, under Sections 85, 115(2), 352, 351(3) of B.N.S. and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, P.S. - Baberu, District- Banda, need not be examined on merits in view of the statement made by Ms. Divya Ojha, learned A.G.A.-I that investigation has already concluded in the matter with submission of charge- sheet on 15.3.2025 against the petitioner Nos.1,2,3,5 & 6 and so far as petitioner Nos.4 & are concerned, they have already been exonerated. The charge-sheet is otherwise not under challenge. 3. Leaving it open for the petitioners to seek appropriate protection in respect of the charge-sheet before the appropriate forum, this writ petition is disposed of.
