The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Deoghar Town P.S. Case No. 583/2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1256/2022, for the offences registered under Sections 386, 387 &120B of the I.P.C. and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 27 & 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Deoghar. 3. On 19.10.2022 at about 8:30 P.M., Deoghar town police apprehended co-accused persons from a place outside Singhdwar of Baba Baidhyanath Temple, Deoghar. Firearms were recovered from the apprehended accused persons. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner was not apprehended at the place of occurrence. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has transpired in confession of apprehended accused persons. It was finally submitted that co-accused namely Rohit Kumar Singh and Rahul Mishra have been granted by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court earlier. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submitted that the petitioner is accused in as many as 34 cases. 6. Considering the fact that apart from confession there is no material available against the petitioner, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Deoghar in connection with Deoghar Town P.S.
