The instant Criminal Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C read with Section 528 of BNSS has been filed, by the Petitioner/Respondent, seeking to quash the order dated 18.09.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.71 of 2024 in Crl.R.P.(SR) No.813 of 2024 on the file of the Court of Principal District Judge, East Godavari at Rajamahendravaram. 2

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Innamuri Balasubrahmanyam, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, opportunity may be given to the Petitioner to file the Criminal Revision Petition against the Order dated 01.08.2023 in M.C.No.18 of 2021 on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Anaparthi, by condoning the delay in filing the same. 3. Sri T.V.Jaggi Reddy, learned counsel for Respondent No.2 would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders by giving direction to the Revisional Court for expeditious disposal of the Criminal Revision Case. 4. Considering the submissions made, in order to provide a fair opportunity to the Petitioner to file the Criminal Revision Case, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the Order dated 18.09.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.71 of 2024 in Crl.R.P.(SR) No.813 of 2024 on the file of the Court of Principal District Judge, East Godavari at Rajamahendravaram, is hereby quashed condoning the delay of 118 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case.
The learned Revisional Judge is requested to take up the matter for hearing and dispose of the Criminal Revision Case as expeditiously as possible, but not later than three months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
