The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Parsudih P.S. Case No. 137/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 274, 275, 292, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 47(a), 55 of the Excise Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur. 3. On 09.10.2024, Parsudih Police, raided the house of the petitioner and seized 400 liters of liquors from his possession. It further appears that the petitioner is also an accused in a case of similar nature. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
