JUSTICE S.G.PANDIT) The petitioners-State Authorities filed this review petition under Order XLVII Rule 1 of CPC have sought to review the order dated 20.11.2024 in W.P.No.49169/2017 whereunder, the respondent’s writ petition questioning the order dated 24.10.2024 passed by the Tribunal, dismissing the challenged to order of dismissal dated 16.06.2006 was allowed. 2. Heard learned AGA Sri.Shivareddy for review petitioners and perused the entire review petition papers. 3. The review jurisdiction could be exercised in terms of Order XLVII Rule 1 of PCC and that too when the petitioner points out an error apparent on the face of the record.
