Learned Advocate, Mr. Devansh Kakkad, appearing for learned Advocate, Mr. Timbalia, for the petitioner tendered a copy of the order dated 08.03.2025, passed by the learned 36th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (Court, No. 4), Ahmedabad, whereby, the goods are ordered to be returned to the original applicant and pursuant to the compromise pursis given the complainant, the present petitioner is acquitted. Therefore, under the instructions, it was submitted that this petition has become infructuous.
2. Heard. In view of the above, this petition stands
disposed of, as having become infructuous. The order dated 08.03.2025 is ordered to be taken on record. Rule is discharged.
