GP FOR HOME THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 22897 of 2025 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…pleased to issue an order or direction or writ, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents 2,3 not considering representations dated 7.4.2025, 22.7.2025 respectively of the petitioners and not taking action against the respondents 4-8 for creating fake death and family certificates and executing various sale deeds against the House sites belonging to the petitioners situated at Mantripalem Village in Sy. No.252/10,11,13,14, Plot no.8 of extent 119.44 Sy.ds and 150 Sq.ds belonging to the petitioners respectively as highly arbitrary, illegal, null and void and against the principles of natural justice and violation of Articles 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and pass.…” 2. Heard Sri K.S. Nagendra Varaprasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that there are civil disputes in between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. Based on the representation dated 07.04.2025, respondent No.3 addressed a letter to the Tahsildar, Parawada Mandal, requesting to conduct a detailed inquiry regarding the issuance of fake death and family member certificates. After receipt of a specific direction from the Tahsildar, respondent No.3 will proceed as per law. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 5. Recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to follow due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
