The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is with regard to conducting, survey, podi and durasth in respect to of the land in question. 3. Heard Sri. B.S. Raghu Prasad, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. Navya Shekhar, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents. 4. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into account the averments made in the writ petition, I am of the view that the petitioner has to approach the competent authority through online for conducting survey - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:24059 WP NO.19014 OF 2025 in respect of the land in question. Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to approach the competent authority by filing an online application for conducting survey in respect of the land in question. If such an application is filed by the petitioner through online, the competent authority shall consider the same in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
