Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that so far as Sahibganj and Ramgarh districts are concerned, the aforesaid order of this Court has been complied. However, so far as Bokaro district is concerned, the said order has not yet been complied. Under the said circumstance, he prays for withdrawal of the present contempt case with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh one with respect to appointment concerning Bokaro district. 3.
