This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of Respondent No.3 in calling the petitioners to the Kaluvoy Police Station every day and threatening the petitioners to open a History sheet against them, and involving into the civil disputes in between the Petitioners and unofficial respondents as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and contrary to the Article, 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India.”
2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, based on the complaints given by

Respondent No.5, cases in Crime Nos.45 of 2025 and 73 of 2025 on the file of Kaluvoy Police Station have been registered against the Petitioners. It is further submitted that, except registration of the said cases, Police never interfered with the civil disputes between the Petitioners and the unofficial Respondents.
3. Sri P.V.S.K.Chakravarthy, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioners to work out their remedies before appropriate forum. There shall be no order as to costs.
