GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 22200 of 2025 ORDER: Shorn of all unnecessary facts asserted in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the specific case of the petitioner is that he is absolute owner and possessor of the land in an extent of Ac.11.93 cents in Survey No.272 (old Sy.No.35) situated in Vemavaram Gram Panchayat, Marripudi Mandal, Prakasam District. He has submitted an online application bearing No.MLPM250512081978 dated 12.05.2025 through Mee Seva, to mutate his name in the revenue records in respect of the subject land by paying requisite fee. Despite the petitioner’s persistent requests, the inaction of the respondent authorities in processing the petitioners’ F-Line application has constrained him to approach this Court. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents has submitted that appropriate action will be taken on the online application submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law. 3. Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, without going into the merits of case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing concerned authorities to consider the online application bearing No.MLPM250512081978 dated 4 12.05.2025, submitted by the petitioner, by issuing notice to all concerned/interested persons, and to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. 4. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
