In the event petitioner's claim for release of sum assured pursuant to insurance policy availed from SBI General Insurance Company Limited being policy no. 42080131160200006331 is not being accorded consideration, her remedy would be to approach the Insurance Ombudsman. 3. It goes without saying that if the petitioner approaches the Insurance Ombudsman, he would get the petitioner's claim examined after notice to the Insurance Company, and appropriate orders would be passed within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. 4.
