Sohan Lal had expired on 20.07.2025. The factum of death is evident from the death certificate appended along with the application. The legal heirs, in whom right to sue survives, have been detailed in para No. 2 of the application. They are in consonance with the legal heir certificate appended along with the present application. In view of the same, the present application is allowed and name of the deceased Sohan Lal, is permitted to be substituted by the legal heirs, details whereof have been given in para No. 2 of the application. Amended memo of parties annexed along with the Regular Second Appeal is permitted to be taken on record. Application stands disposed of. CMP No. 26769 of 2025 Notice.
