Petitioner is serving as Junior Basic Trained Teacher at Government Primary Secondary School Malana Tehsil & District Kullu. His grievance is that on completion of requisite tenure at the aforesaid station, he preferred a representation on 29.09.2025 (Annexure P-3) seeking transfer from the above station in view of some adverse family circumstances faced by him, but the said representation has not been considered and decided till date by respondent No.2/competent authority. 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from today.
