Case No. 460 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 331(4), 305(a) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar. 3. On 31.07.2024, unknown thieves entered into the house of the informant and took away ornaments, Rs. 2,00, 000/- cash and other articles. 4. It was submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 5. Mr. Fahad Allam, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar (Town) P.S.
