In the instant contempt petition, the petitioner has alleged non- compliance of order dated 28.01.2014, in terms whereof, while disposing of the writ petition of the petitioner being SWP No. 2879/2013, the respondents came to be directed to consider the case of the petitioner for regularisation as Safaiwala in accordance with the rules occupying the field. 2. Response has been filed by the respondents/contemnors accompanied with the consideration order dated 29.06.2017, wherein it has been, inter alia, stated that the case of the petitioner has been considered in line with the orders passed by the Court and consequently, consideration order dated 29.06.2017 has been issued, whereby Serial No. 11 2 CPSW No. 580/2014 approval came to be accorded by the competent authority in favour of the petitioner for regularisation of his services. 3. Record of the proceedings would reveal that none appeared on behalf of the petitioner on the previous date of hearing and none has appeared today as well. 4. Be that as it may, having regard to the aforesaid stand taken by the respondents in the response filed, inasmuch as, the consideration order dated 29.06.2017, the respondents/contemnors seemingly have complied with the order, non-compliance of which has been alleged in the instant contempt petition. 5. Accordingly, the contempt notice issued is recalled and the contempt proceedings are closed. 6. Disposed of along with the connected application.
