3. The writ petitioners herein assailed the show cause notice, dated 03.01.2025 issued by the 4‘^ respondent/Panchayat Secretary of Narayanapuram Gram Panchayat, Unguturu Mandal. On examining \ the notice dated 03.01.2005 a final directive was issued to the petitioners to remove the encroachments within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the impugned notice.
