Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even after filing of charge sheet against the petitioner vide POCSO S.C.No.43 of 2025 before Vil Additional Sessions Judge, Kurnool FAC Spl. Court for Thai of Offences under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, Kurnool, the police are calling the petitioner to the police station. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, instructions, would submit that a rowdy sheet has been opened against the petitioner in obedience to the orders of the SDPO, Adoni, vide proceedings in C.NO.36/SDPO-AND/2025 dated 22.03.2025. For the purpose of collecting on written 4. 4 some details, the petitioner was called to the police station, in lieu of the rowdy sheet opened against him. 5. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to follow due procedure to call the petitioner to the police station since charge sheet is filed vide POCSO S.C.No.43 of 2025. Regarding the rowdy sheet opened against the petitioner, the police are directed to follow the procedure directed by the Division Bench of this Court in its order dated 12.09.2022 in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in Writ Appeal No.674 of 2022, for summoning the petitioner to the police station on account of the pending rowdy sheet.
