OMP No.1619 of 2025 The present application has been filed by the applicants/respondents for the release of awarded amount, which stands deposited by the appellant/non-applicant in the Registry of this Court. It has been averred in the application that since the main appeal stands already decided on 25.07.2025, therefore, the total awarded amount of compensation may be released to the applicants/respondents in equal shares by remitting the same in their saving bank accounts, particulars whereof are mentioned in para-4 of the application. Consequently, in view of averments as made in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit and also in view of the fact that the main appeal already stands decided by this Court, there is no impediment in allowing the present application. Accordingly, the application is allowed and Registry is directed to release the entire awarded amount along with up-to-date interest by remitting the same in the saving bank accounts of the applicants/respondents as mentioned in para-4 of the application, as per their respective shares.
